We are so excited to be able to share our loved designs with you. All of our pieces are designed and hand made by us. The highest care is taken when producing our goods with quality being our number one priority. We also take great pride in customer satisfaction, striving for excellence every step of the way.

It is the intention of Peace Love & Letterpress Pty Ltd to supply up to date information of products and services available at all times. However, we do acknowledge that we do rely on third parties to fulfill our commitments and therefore from time to time we may not be able to deliver products as suggested on our site.

On-Line Store

All items listed in the “Greeting Cards” and “Personal Stationery” sections are available to purchase on-line using our on-line store. Simply click on the ‘Buy’ or ‘Order Now’ for the item to be added to your shopping cart. You will not be charged for any items until you confirm your order by entering your personal information and payment details when ‘Checking-out’. Payment can be made by using one of the following cards: Visa and Master Credit Card, Visa and Master Debit Card. If you are unable to make a payment using any of the above cards, please email us at sales@plldesign.com.au prior to placing an order, and we will be happy to discuss an alternative method of payment. All transactions are secured by using secure server software, “Secure Sockets Layer” (SSL). Many major online retailers use this software. This software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit and debit card information that you provide. Once you finalize your purchase, the transaction is directly sent to the payment gateway provided by the ‘ANZ Bank’. All cardholder information is encrypted and not visible to any other parties. Orders will only be processed once payment has successfully been made. All purchases will be converted in to Australian Dollars (AUD). If purchasing from overseas we recommend you check the conversion with your local currency prior to finalising your purchase with us.

Custom Design

We take on a limited number of custom orders each year so please contact us as soon as possible about your request. You will need to allow up to 3 months for any custom work. We charge $150 up front for initial consultation which includes three designs for you to chose from and a written quote for all items discussed. If you decide to go ahead with the custom order, we will require a 50% deposit prior to printing. With the balance being paid prior to the goods being shipped.

Gift Vouchers

They can be used to purchase any items from our website. The ‘Gift Voucher’ will remain valid until all monies have been spent, therefore they cannot be exchanged for cash or credit on any partnering sites. We do not have an expiry on ‘Gift Vouchers’.

GST (Goods & Services Tax)

All prices quoted include GST for orders placed within Australia.

Web Page Colours

All colours that are displayed are carefully matched with actual printed colours. However they may vary due to settings and viewing conditions on your computer. Whilst we will endeavor to ensure products are supplied at the highest levels, YOU accept that the colours displayed on our website are a guide only and there will be variations in colour from your screen to the actual printed item.

Letterpress Printing

Letterpress printing is unique and does not give the same consistency as current forms of printing, making letterpress printing such a beautiful art form. One should always expect slight variations from one print to the next.

Goods Return Policy

    If you deem the product to be faulty we will happily replace your good/s or refund your money subject to the following:
  • Please email us at sales@plldesign.com.au advising us of your concerns in relation to the good/s within 48 hours of receiving the good/s.
  • Good/s will NOT be refunded where there has been a change of mind.
  • We do not make refunds for any shipping or freight damage; please refer to the carrier for any damage concerns. (See the ‘Shipping’ section for turn around times.)
  • The good/s need to be shipped back to Peace, Love & Letterpress Pty Ltd in their original packaging within seven (7) days of Peace, Love & Letterpress Pty Ltd accepting the return of the goods, which will be done via issuing a ‘Good/s Return Number’ (GRN).
  • Once we have received the good/s and are satisfied with your concerns we will either replace the good/s or issue a refund for the purchase price of the applicable item and the original freight that we charged within 7 days of receiving the returned good/s.

Shipping

All goods are shipped with the highest of care in protective shipping bags or boxes.

Greeting Cards – All ‘Greeting Card’ orders will be shipped within two business days of payment being received. Delivery times will be subject to “Australia Post” delivery times within Australia. Express services are NOT available.

International orders will be shipped with “Australia Post”. As above, goods will be shipped within 48hrs of payment being received. (Australia Post state a delivery turn around time of 3 – 10 working days in most countries. Subject to customs clearance.) We do not guarantee a delivery time on international deliveries. The freight amount charged with goods is for standard delivery only. Express services are NOT available.

Wedding & Personal Stationery – When ordering ‘Wedding Invitations’ we do not print the goods until a ‘Final Proof’ has been approved by you. On receipt of this proof the goods will be produced and then shipped. We allow between 14 – 30 days from final proof to shipping.

When ordering ‘Personal Stationery’ using our on-line ‘Customize’ facility you are approving the ‘Preview / Proof’ once payment is processed. On receipt of payment the goods will be produced and then shipped. We allow between 14 – 30 days from payment to shipping.

Delivery within Australia will be via Australia Post. Delivery times will be subject to “Australia Post”. We do not make any delivery guarantees. An email will be sent once goods have been released with a shipping reference number. The freight amount charged with goods is for standard delivery only. Express services are NOT available. We do not refund goods lost or damaged when being shipped.

Delivery outside of Australia will be shipped with Australia Post or similar carrier. An email will be sent once goods have been released with all essential shipping information. We do not guarantee a delivery time on international deliveries. The freight amount charged with goods is for standard delivery only. Express services are NOT available. We do not refund goods lost or damaged when being shipped. Please refer to the carrier where you have concerns.

Shipping costs are quoted automatically in the shopping cart. Shipping charges are determined by size, weight and destination. We do NOT allow for goods to be collected.

Copyright

All photographic images on the website are copyright. Either the copyright of the owners of the website or copyright applied to photographs provided under agreement from the owner/s. Apart from any use permitted under the Copyright Act 1968, no part may be reproduced by any process, nor may another exclusive right be exercised, without the permission of Peace, Love & Letterpress Pty Ltd.

All reasonable endeavors have been undertaken to gain permission from copyright owners to use their images on our site. Where the copyright owner of an image wishes for its removal from the site, the owners of the site will remove the image pending acceptable notification in writing from the copyright owner.
